Top Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on Android in Greece: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, Greece's carpooling and ridesharing app market on Android saw varied performances across the leading applications. According to Sensor Tower, here’s how the top apps fared.

Uber - Request a ride experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting with around 4.1K at the beginning of January, dipping to 2.6K mid-month, and peaking at 4K by mid-February. By March, downloads settled around 3.2K. Active users saw a decline from 70.5K at the end of December to 48.3K by late January, before gradually rising to 63.5K by the end of March.

Bolt: Request a Ride observed a significant spike in downloads, reaching 7K in late January. This was followed by a steady decline, ending the quarter with approximately 2.2K downloads. Active users increased from 4.1K at the start of January to 6.4K by the end of March.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver maintained a stable download pattern, hovering around 250-310 downloads weekly. Active users remained consistent, starting at 1.2K and ending the quarter at 1.3K.

Goride.gr had modest download numbers, peaking at 299 in early March. Download activity was otherwise stable, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.

Grab - Taxi & Food Delivery had a steady download rate, ranging between 120 and 200 weekly downloads. Active users showed a gradual increase, ending the quarter at 3.6K.
